Indian film and television actor Annu Kapoor was born on 20 th Feb, 1956 in Bhopal to parents Madanlal and Kamal. He took the initial training from National School Of Drama and his debut film was Mandi in 1983 and became the household name from the television programme Close Up Antakshari. Some of his best works are Vicky Doner, Mr. India, Tezaab, Jolly LLB2, Shaukeen etc. He is working for radio with the programme Suhaana Safar with Annu Kapoor. He hosted many programmes and also did some theatre. He was won Filmfare and many other awards for his performance in film Vickey Doner in 2012.

He is as responsible. He is easily identifiable by his serious disposition. He has an urge to prove something. The set his own standard at such high level, that he is unable to satisfy himself even. He is very much perfectionist. For him, there is nothing called impossible. He would not budge before trying every other possible way.
